This conversion of a turn-of- the-century sporting goods factory into a live/work residence goes beyond the definition of a normal "loft". The kitchen is a good example of our "two kitchen" concept. Part of the kitchen is very open to the rest of the space, but there is also a large section adjacent to it that is used for preparation, storage and cleanup. The dirty dishes that occur during a party can easily be put out of site, and the back kitchen is also useful for caterers. These cabinets are from Poliform/Varenna. There are also bars on both the roof and main levels.
