This luxury residence, located on the 60th floor, presented many challenges due to its linear layout and low ceilings. The project was executed in two phases over a number of years. The west end of the unit involving a new kitchen and dining area was done first, followed a few years later by a master bedroom, bath, closets and home office on the east end. In addition to revising the room layouts, Mastro & Skylar Architects custom designed all the kitchen and bath cabinetry, closet millwork and interiors, and doors including a special pocket pivot hinge application at the master bedroom entry.
